Only Hybrid mode is a Pro and its PAN India Company. Higher people pretends like they own LTIMindtree and behave like they have the power to do whatever they want.
Cons
More cons are there as higher people does not know what you are working at client side. Even if you get good review i.e. Out Standing from client that also they dont care still your appraisal is 2% only. How hard you work that will not be recognized at LTM. They are just there to collect money from client on your service. No Manager Connect . No HR Connect . All ghosted at LTM side. No body cares if you exist or not. Management is worst. Only Leave deduction , come to office . max 3 days sick leave else leave will deduct, in these things they are very strict. HRs are worthless people there.
