Once your on bench then start looking for the jobs outside cause its very tough to get into project internally, Either the talent management will ask you to search for the projects on your own or if you get allocated to any project, it will get rejected saying skills doesn't match or experience doesn't and once you are passed the 60 days in bench your just cat on a wall.
