      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Managers call at any time of day and night. Training modules are lengthy and require 100% on assessments to progress. Too many junk emails being sent daily. Their support request pages are cumbersome and you'll need them a lot as everything breaks. Zero communication on compliance tasks until after they are due. Also no direction from any of the managers and I've had several.

      If you want to begin a career in tech, this is a great way to get your foot in the door. It gives you valuable experience and opens opportunities to work with larger companies.

      Cons

      The salary is on the lower side, and it’s unclear whether there are consistent annual raises.
