1. Employees are handed off to a client and are expected to deliver client's every requirement. 2. Managers are not part of the team, are unreachable and hence are not aware of day-to-day activities. They are only bothered about metrics. 3. HRs are only reachable during townhall meeting setup by them, which are once a year activity. 4. One needs to complete 2 years in current project before they are allowed to switch-to/apply-for another project. 5. Expect people to join your team with little to no experience with the project's required techstack.
