Infrastructure is okay, On time salary, a bit learning opportunities

Cons

Tremendous Internal Politics in teams, which might affect your personal and professional life simultaneously. No appreciations or value additions. One can only prosper if he/she is very good in Politics. The Attrition rate is too high due to this. No person who is having qualification , expertise and quality, would associate for long with LTIMindtree. No work life balance at all.
