      Pros

      Despite being a remote company there are so many activities that make it feel like you are working with others and not alone. The management listens and always seeks ways they can improve the working conditions.

      Flexible Hours part time available options to be promoted

      Cons

      Bullies you into going full time even though you applied for part time not much supervision and no one to turn to for help when just starting the job non responsive managers payroll lies told - initial was told persons taking calls would get a higher salary - asked about this after starting, months later still no reply worst QA department I have ever seen
