Pros
I was at LTi for approximately 4 1/2 years and was promoted twice. Management, for the most part, recognizes good employees. Employee Stock Ownership Plan is a great benefit The software is pretty amazing, bugs aside (as they will get worked out in time) The majority of people (internal as well as customers) are awesome to work with
Cons
There is not good communication between the two support managers. They are rarely on the same page. One of the support managers has zero clue how to manage or lead people. He does not understand the software, the industry or the team.
