Cons

The beginning is tough and requires a massive amount of perseverance and resilience to get through the initial hurdle. No cons, just work, don't complain and you will be fine

This was my first role in sales and recruitment with no prior experience, but I felt well supported from day one. The training was structured, and there was consistent guidance throughout my time at LVI Associates. The leaders are approachable and willing to help when you’re facing challenges, especially if you come in with the right mindset and willingness to learn

Cons

As with any sales role, there are KPIs and targets to meet, which is to be expected. The structure provides clear direction and helps keep you focused on performance and growth.
