A lot of opportunities to talk to higher ups and people that are more advanced than you, as well as many of opportunities to make a lot of money.

Cons

You would be expected to put in the work during weekends, and sometimes when you would go "above and beyond" and maybe expect some sort of praise there would be none even after them telling you it would be highlighted. Generally a lot of noise around you.
