      Pros

      Good culture (although a lot of drama on other teams), usually understanding management, very generous commission when a placement goes through, top of the line sales training, made many friends, really good health insurance

      Cons

      Unlivable salary and they are adamant on driving people with this to go for commission, micromanaging, only remote one day a week and not flexible with hours, crazy high turnover
