- Training is at an exceptional level - Put straight into the deep end of 360 Recruitment - Commission Structure is great - Many bonuses/perks/incentives on weekly basis

Cons

- Lost their more corporate culture and now a lot more relaxed - may seem like a pro but not for the people who want a Professional culture

Cons

High expectations - but this only serves to push you to be more successful Can be long hours - but being a job where you only get out what you put in so something you accept when you come on board
