Pros

Culture and Values The company has a fantastic culture. Having worked in different organizations, I truly appreciate the strong team spirit and collaborative environment here. Everyone is helpful, and there's a healthy sense of competition that motivates you to do your best. Management actively fosters team bonding through regular gatherings, making you feel like part of a big family. One of my favorite initiatives is the Friday Breakfast Club—it’s a great way to connect with colleagues. The team is international and dynamic, with genuinely kind people across regions. Leadership is down-to-earth and always willing to support. Leadership and Management Management is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in our success. They provide clear guidance and are always available to help, whether you're facing challenges or looking for career advice. Career Growth Opportunities One of the key reasons I joined was the clear and fast-paced career progression. I've seen senior colleagues advance quickly in 1 year, and the promotion criteria are transparent and goal-oriented. If you're ambitious and perform well, you can grow rapidly here. Work-Life Balance It’s a “work hard, play hard” culture. You have flexibility in your schedule—most people arrive between 8:00–9:00 AM, and lunch breaks are also flexible. Management often gives incentives to wrap up early, sometimes as early as 2–4 PM! Plus, we get one day of work-from-home each week, which is a great perk. Compensation and Benefits The compensation is highly attractive. The commission structure is performance-based, and management clearly explained it during my interview—it’s motivating to know that your hard work directly translates into earnings. Promotions also come with base salary increases. The benefits are excellent, including comprehensive medical insurance that covers specialists, private hospitals outpatient, and annual check-ups with no out-of-pocket costs. We also enjoy a week-long winter break during Christmas, which is a nice touch. Team Collaboration Collaboration is a core part of the culture. Colleagues often share roles and opportunities, and managers and directors are always available to support. Team members are generous with their time and ideas, creating a very supportive environment. Learning and Development The company invests heavily in training. Whether you're new or experienced, there are continuous learning opportunities to sharpen your skills. I’ve personally grown a lot thanks to the structured and ongoing development programs.
