The work atmosphere is great, management/training is very comprehensive and helpful. If you are a recent post grad or somebody looking to gain some professional experience I would highly recommend.

Cons

Full desk recruiting itself is a hit or miss profession. If things don't go your away it can be hard to remain motivated.
