Pros
International culture - great if you don’t enjoy working in a heavily singaporean environment + strong training ground.
Cons
Not a good place for career longevity, very toxic peers/managers, 0 flexibility (it will shock you, especially if you are an experienced hire) - in short, not unless you bill, you are treated with minimal value and respect. Works for some but would not recommend if you value inclusivity, trust/flexibilty, work life balance and actually take pride in your work. *You may also require therapy whilst you are an employee because you will be mentally and emotionally tested - especially if it isn’t a warm desk that requires you to do extreme business development in a market that does not have a history of thriving.
