Diverse opportunities, ambitious company and staff, access to resources, exposure to interesting clients all around the world. Tries to stay relevant in a competitive market.

Cons

Toxic culture, all about how much you "suck up" to get somewhere, merit not given where it is due, if you scratch hard enough, it is a house of cards, soon it will come falling down-people are disposable...company very good on "spin"....

Nice products, opportunities to work outside Paris..

Cons

Highly political, many inefficiencies and lack of management talent. Everybody is covering themselves. Turnover at management level is high.. they leave for two main reasons : scapegoat or disgusted.

Pros

Work in premium brands, and learn how does luxury business works. You will learn as much as you are willing to, your boss makes all the difference is this company. My experience on the work environment was very positive, I did a lot of friends

Cons

No career plans. They weirdly promote their own people. Business wide, is very hierarchical and political, decisions of all fields are taken by top management, so don't expect to get experience on that, even if you thing your position should require it.
