Pros
- Great team, with a work hard play hard culture - Mutating company, which makes for interesting projects and tasks - Open to new ideas and ways of doing things - High-end retail business is a fascinating one - Good benefits - Each brand within the company has its own identity, and extremely committed individuals, which is always nice to see in your colleagues!
Cons
- A bit messy, sometimes you just want to get your work done, but that can be said of all open space environments - HR team lacked clear vision, and team was not as cohesive as I think they should be - Pay, very low pay throughout roles, thus restraining earning potential in the short-term, though long-term the benefit outweighs this, which is I took the job!
