Pros
The culture is great. The majority of people I see here truly own our product and care for the service we provide. It's a generally friendly, hard-working environment. Some coworkers have even become friends outside of work.
Cons
The company is relatively young, and still growing - fast. There are growing pains which come with that growth. The company has had setbacks with high-caliber positions not being filled with the right people. However, it seems to have learned from this and has greater clarity on the personas that will fill these positions. They are slowly, steadily, filling them up.
