Pros
The best part about working here is the people. The culture is genuinely collaborative and supportive—colleagues are smart, engaged, and always willing to help out. There's very little ego. You also feel a real sense of excitement and momentum; it feels like you're part of building something with significant potential. The office perks, like free snacks and drinks, are a nice and appreciated bonus.
Cons
As a company in a high-growth phase, some of the internal processes are still being developed. This can sometimes lead to a bit of disorganization or a "building the plane as it's flying" feeling.
