The management style in Client Success is deeply flawed. My manager was egotistical, self-absorbed, and completely unwilling to have hard conversations—unless it benefited him. He consistently avoided accountability and surrounded himself with favorites, often based on personal relationships (like golf buddies), not merit. This created a toxic, untrustworthy environment where transparency and professional growth were stifled. Leadership seemed more concerned with protecting their own image than supporting their teams. Also there is a complete lack of transparency when it comes to variable pay. And you have to beg your manager for even a small raise on an annual basis. Absolute joke!

LVT made the right changes at the end of 2024 heading into 2025. +New leadership has joined across key departments including People, Sales, and soon, Product and Tech. Their backgrounds are impressive, and they are playing a critical role in continuing to build an exceptional company culture. +There is now a clear vision for the future, supported by well-defined OKRs and stronger leadership accountability than ever before. +While not every employee has had the same experience at LVT, executive leaders are actively working to change that and have been transparent about their efforts during company all-hands. +The Sales team's eNPS score increased by nearly 70 points—thanks to the leadership of Spencer Steed. +Anyone who spends even five minutes with the CEO or founders can see how deeply they care about LVT’s people. +The caliber of executives being hired reflects the bright future ahead for the company. +Executive leaders actively read eNPS comments and use them to inform real improvements.

Cons

+A lack of internal communication and siloed teams remains a challenge. +LVT is growing quickly this environment isn’t for those who prefer to sit back and relax. +There’s a need for a more consistent employee experience across all departments. +LVT could improve its benefits it's not a deal breaker, but enhancements would be a nice addition.
