The team and management are great to work with! I love the autonomy of the role and flexibility of owning my success/ KPIs/ schedule etc The actual solution solves customer problems I love working with customers

Cons

Internally- getting anything done is a nightmare. A lot of requests (even simple ones) have to go through multiple forms and layers of approvals. It gets really messy and impossible to manage at times Salesforce is the messiest I have seen than any company I have worked for. This makes managing customers/ contracts challenging Billing is a huge mess Internal teams can sometimes be hard to reach or work with. Some are great too Some AEs have serious ego issues and are nasty but their attitude is accepted Pay is low

Autonomy and trust. Great people. Executive Leadership team does a good job of balancing the drive to achieve the vision with genuinely caring about employees as humans.

Cons

If you're looking for a fully remote (or even semi-remote) role, this likely isn't it. They're upfront about being an office-first employer. If that's not a problem for you, you'll be fine.
