      Exciting Growth with Great Perks but Room for Improvement

      Pros

      The culture here is genuinely one of the best parts of the job. People are collaborative and supportive, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork. The benefits are excellent, stock options, 401(k), health insurance, and a generous time-off policy are all huge pluses. LVT is growing like crazy, which makes it an exciting place to work with plenty of opportunities to make an impact.

      Cons

      As a production manager, the rapid growth and fluctuating demand make it challenging to plan effectively. More consistency would help with production schedules and resource planning. Salary increases seem difficult to achieve, even with strong performance. It would be nice to see more flexibility in this area. While we’ve made progress in communication, the town halls could be more transparent. They often feel like fluff rather than diving into the real challenges and performance metrics.
