hyper-growth, face paced, company with a wide open white space in the market. the combination of hardware and SaaS / PaaS that LVT provides is world class and is a stand alone market differenciator. Excellent company culture.

Pros

There is so much to do that you can positively impact immediately. The company is growing quickly so they are focused on hiring people who can jump right in, which opens up some great opportunities. All full-time employees get stock in the company.

Cons

Not really any cons unless you need your hand held. If you thrive in creative environments and some ambiguity, you'll do fine.
