With growth comes the pains of outgrowing space and managing changes in how we are doing things. LVT isn't afraid to change processes and technologies. This can impact productivity and comfort in how to get things done. Change can be painful

LVT is currently in a stage of hyper-growth. There is so much opportunity and it's been very satisfying to get in at the ground floor of a company like this. The stuff we do makes a difference!!

Cons

Change is hard! Keeping up with the demands of a rocketship like this is sometimes uncomfortable, but it's fantastic to see the direction things are headed.
