      Pros

      We have an awesome Start-Up like atmosphere. Our growth is outstanding which is a blessing and a curse. Everyday it seems like we are in a place we've never been before as a company so there is never a dull moment. Benefits are good and the equity program is a huge bonus.

      Cons

      The only con really is how fast we are growing. It's proven challenging to find good people to fill all the positions we have open.

      Pros

      Great executive team that really care about our employees. We all have equity so we're all owners which is really cool. People are top notch and our company is growing like crazy in revenue and in people.

      Cons

      Not as flashy as most other tech companies around the area but it's ok because if our equity does as well as we're expecting, I don't need the extra treats. Also, we need to get a 401(k).
