Company is doing well financially. The future looks good for their bottom line. A lot of good people work there.

Cons

Growing too fast. Trying to manage a lot of change. Software development is a mess.

Pros

Most people are super friendly. Lots of open communication and transparency in the direction of projects and initiatives. A somewhat diverse group of employees. Women seem well represented. Onboarding was painless and I was well taken care of. Coronavirus sensitive and cautionary. Neat products.

Cons

An air of caution when trying new things that are objectively better. Pseudo-freedom in choosing technology stacks. A few key stakeholders have somewhat abrasive personalities. Very long workdays for an engineering position. Not a lot of benefits beyond healthcare. A mandatory drug test on-hire that seems over the top, invasive and unnecessary.
