Pros

Flexibility, Hours + overtime, And I am not entirely sure their are anymore.

Cons

Upward movement, Every department required to work more Saturday's (so a 6 day a week job), terrible employee appreciation and help. For profit organization.

A few nice employees , easy work but very busy. Close to the freeway.

Cons

Very micro managed, working hard doesn't pay off, the employees are just a number, nobody cares if you are harassed or bullied, and if you try to tell HR, they don't care of totally blows you off.

Occasional luncheons and random paid days off

Cons

Solely speaking for the service dept- the environment is toxic, too many co-workers and higher ups with unpredictable mood swings along with a group of women who behave as so though they are in grade school as well as little to no room for advancement because 1 person could already be doing the jobs of 4 others for the same rate and payday isn't ever every 2 weeks.
