Great place to sell rv's, during the busy season.

Pros

Management very easy to work for, as long as you do your job. They were very flexible with the schedule. They encourage off-lot promos and will even buy the donuts for you!

Cons

Lots of "old school" car salesman that you have to watch out for! You don't have an office or a phone! Most deals are worked in the unit you're trying to sell.

I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work everyday. LMRV fosters a team environment. I truly enjoy those I work with. They have an open door policy and you are always made to feel comfortable when you approach upper management. Since I started here I have been given many opportunities to grow professionally.

Cons

We could use some software updates to help us work smarter and more efficient.
