Great Product, good location. They do not have many competitors locally or nationally for several of their product lines.

Cons

very poor management from the General Manager up. Nothing is done preemptively, everything is done in emergency mode. They make a large number of their customers very angry.

Pros

Management very easy to work for, as long as you do your job. They were very flexible with the schedule. They encourage off-lot promos and will even buy the donuts for you!

Cons

Lots of "old school" car salesman that you have to watch out for! You don't have an office or a phone! Most deals are worked in the unit you're trying to sell.

Overall good environment to work in. High customer traffic.

Cons

“Boys club” definitely exists here. Poor benefits options. Sales is 100% commission. No base pay. 50-60 hour work weeks.
