Pros

Diversity in the workplace - working with people with such different backgrounds is fun! Ability to grow within company and make this a career, rather than a "job" is rewarding. Getting to travel to all the stores to meet the "team" is an added benefit. The company is willing and eager to help build skills - such as taking training classes. Upper management understands the importance of a work-life balance!

Supportive environment but sudden layoffs after closure

Career advancement great people to work work everyone gets along and treats each other like family and they take care of their employees

Cons

Closed down the Fremont location without an my warning at all and everyone including management was laid off the day that announced closure of our location right after I just got a promotion too!
