Management staff doesn’t micromanage and are friendly.

Cons

Zero training or guidance provided to new sales staff. You must resort to watching YouTube videos and manufacturer websites for training. No training on how to drive $100,000-$500,000 RV’s and busses. There is an up system which prevented me from having a customer for 7 days. Hours are terrible and you have to work every weekend.
