      Pros

      Professional Great benefits Takes good care of employees. Small corporate setting with opportunities for growth and professional development. Corporate is very helpful and provides good resources for employees.

      Cons

      Same challenges you would face at other companies, but at least La Perla ensures it's employees are always put first and are covered.

      Pros

      The staff is thoughtful and respects each other. They always help each other out to make sure each sale is as successful as possible. I always felt supported there. The employee discounts are fantastic (especially on the clearance merchandise!) and the working hours are great. The manager always tried her best to ensure everyone's vacation requests were met. The pay was great for a part time position.

      Cons

      My only con is I was only part time. Would have loved to been full time.
