      Pros

      Salary (at the beginning it seems all right, but for the pressure you have is actually not enough).

      Cons

      - Terrible colleagues, very individualistic (not team-playing), - Unprofessional retail manager, who istead of doing team-building, helped destroy the team, - Horrible environment (everyone was backbiting about the others for no specific reason), - Unattainable results, which made the team unmotivated.

      Pros

      Nothing to good about , all mess no one willing to face the problems , management just like to pushing staff to a wrong directions and fire the staff when the problem comes out

      Cons

      Mess with all operation n management , front line employees were not respected from the whole company management level , once you hands up the problem you will never work there anymore

      Product, Brand, Position in market niche... the company is undergoing a period of transition, and there are opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      The Senior Management, namely the CEO and the Sales Director are not team builders and hurt the ability of satellite offices to grow.
