      Literally nothing to add

      Cons

      Team in Bologna is old school and has zero grasp with current marketing and digital trends. No help whatsoever Senior management in the London Head office is massively overpaid, with no experience, no strategy idea, no common sense. How they got their jobs I have no clue.

      Pros

      Good start in "luxury" retail for first timers in the industry - use as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Low pay, unorganised company, lack of appreciation for hard workers, inconsiderate head management, no support/communication from head management. Often see petty & immature actions by senior members of staff who have worked for the company for 15+ years, even when official complaints are made (over many years) nothing is done about this individual -- further proving lack of consideration for sales staff.
