Pros

Nice lingeries, some pieces form RTW is nice. Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

Poor stock control in this company, and collections are lack of consistency, always struggle to find sizes/styles, price is too high, unprofessional higher management and marketing strategies, unclear about overtime/lieu time, higher management team too much drama.

Company that has lacked transparency and structure but has been able to evolve in a positive way with a new and trustworthy approach thanks to a wonderful team full of brilliant ideas.

Pros

Respected brand which looks good on the CV

Cons

Terrible management in UK, Italy across Sales and HR. I would avoid a head office role here - don't get sucked in by the brand name. HR unprofessional and UK retail manager personifies the typical fashion stereotype which makes for a poisonous atmosphere.
