      Salary (at the beginning it seems all right, but for the pressure you have is actually not enough).

      Cons

      - Terrible colleagues, very individualistic (not team-playing), - Unprofessional retail manager, who istead of doing team-building, helped destroy the team, - Horrible environment (everyone was backbiting about the others for no specific reason), - Unattainable results, which made the team unmotivated.

      New direction is changing all the things that was good about working for the brand. No longer focused on lingerie. Corporate is very adamant about pushing everything but. Goals set by management are unattainable. Money seems to be spent on everything but the people that work for the company.
