      Cons

      Team in Bologna is old school and has zero grasp with current marketing and digital trends. No help whatsoever Senior management in the London Head office is massively overpaid, with no experience, no strategy idea, no common sense. How they got their jobs I have no clue.

      Cons

      The product portfolio is limiting, difficult to drive walk-ins. Customers are shy and hesitant to discuss sizes.
