      Pros

      Merchandise is beautiful and the store is very pretty ! Coworkers are nice and willing to help you and teach you about the business .

      Cons

      Upper management are completely out of touch with retail , your opinion does not matter at all . Changes were made on benefits so you have to pay for health care and dental. Uniform is degrading to woman !

      You get to meet people from all over the world

      Cons

      The management treats there staff horrible . The store manager screams at staff from across room in front of customers . Customers come in complaining of the smell of cigarette smoke because the store manager smokes in the back of the store . The management changes employees schedules without telling them . Cooperation has come many times now and I think it’s disgusting that nothing has been done about all the complaints.

      La Perla Has Changed

      There is a brand new CEO and management team and there has been a profound change with the corporate culture. The corporate office is wonderful and the store teams are

      As with any subsidiary there are challenges with dealing with a European HQ.
