      Pros

      The people you meet along the way can become lifelong friends.

      Cons

      The company doesn’t have HR or a legal team. If you have any complaints, it will never get solved because corporate barely exists. There’s about one person in each department getting spread so thin that nothing gets done properly.

      Beautiful store with beautiful expensive things

      Cons

      It's expensive and great quality goods so why do they pay a key holder with all the responsibility so little? Why? Because they want the money for them self.
