Honestly no cons, I didn't do sales but I heard that commission wasn't great.

The company would lie to you about how much money you can make working there. Very difficult to make a livable income Since it's a slow pace environment, management will often try to give you a lot of busy work that is not your responsibility. Benefits, particularly health insurance are awful. They also don't take the time to fully explain each benefit to you. They just expect you to read hundreds of pages of fine print. This resulted in almost $3,000 that I voluntarily contributed to their flexible health savings account being seized immediately after I left the company for a different opportunity. All that money that I earned, gone forever and La-Z-Boy won't even admit fault or work with me to get my savings back.
