Pros

Lab49 has transparent communication and strategic direction that keeps the team motivated and aligned with my goals During my tenure they also provided Options for flexible working hours and remote work arrangements to accommodate personal needs and responsibilities. Great team to work with. Really looking forward to join Lab BACK !!

Cons

Lab does have with strong learning opportunities and career growth, there may be high expectations and demands on employees’ time and energy. Also, If there are frequent changes in the leadership team, it could affect the consistency of strategic direction and team dynamics.

Pros

You will possibly have good coworkers and be treated with respect on the client side. All is good as long as you don't have too many lab people on your team politicking to remain off of the chopping block and giving you their dunning krueger energy. Also the pay is good - just so long as you even work there, since most engineers being outsourced from small 2nd world countries now.

Cons

horribly pretentious place. You WILL be thrown under the bus if you are not a nepotism awardee or don't go to pretentious events and sit around ungenuine shallow people wasting time for participation trophies. People act friendly while you work with them but most are two faced and transactional. Look at their social media presentations for a good idea. They keep push nonsense and boilerplate as if it's revolutionary and disincentivize you from doing a good job. It won't matter if you turn water into wine as a technical person at the end of the day. Your work will not be respected, and you will have the quality stomped out by managers if you have the misfortune of working with them directly in a client site. They will try to squeeze every ounce of your time. Even engineers. Don't give it to them if you need a job. Go home, take the severance or make due. You will be really thankful not to be here when it's over.
