interesting work in and around the financial industry, a good way to get into this field

Cons

you'll expend a lot of your time and energy wondering when/if your bonus is going to be paid, explaining to payroll how pensions work and trying to establish what benefits are still left

Very stimulating environment with very competent and opinionated colleagues. Good promotions opportunities and compensations.

Cons

Difficult clients. Not always working with newest technologies or hardware (although Lab provides pretty good hardware)

The design team is a tight knit and talented group that constantly keeps me on my toes. Work is challenging, with either big brand players in Cap Markets or Fintech disruptors. Good variety of projects every 6-8months and lots of leadership opportunities. Not political, very open.

Cons

Domain and managing complexity at clients is challenging but also rewarding. COVID and social comms were lacking last year.
