1. Very good work life balance with avg working hrs 5-6hrs. 2. Coworkers are really helpful. 3. HRs are also proactive. 4. Good learning curve. 5. Adapts to new technologies. 6. As of now management is supportive. 7. Organizes every alternate day Yoga session, monthly psychological sessions to sustain from covid. 8. Good pay scale. 9. Good Insurance Policies with free 1year 24X7 online consultation.

Cons

As of now I haven't found any negative issues. Even I was pretty worried with the average rating of the company but with my very little experience I found everything really awesome.
