Low company - growth, pay, treatment

Pros

People are really nice. CEO is very approachable.

Cons

No room for growth. No career planning. Poor pay. OK benefits. Just got 401K matching in Jan, 2016. They don't hire enough staff and people are stretched thin. No women at the top. Some people are allowed to work from home, some are not. Sales people are rude.
