Negative environment Non-equal employer Very verbal boss that tells your private business/information to other employees Hostile work environment Manager picks favorites and gives bonuses to them Manager also gives all of the cases (money opportunities) to the favorites Manager will verbally cuss at you and downgrade your work infant of co-workers

The base pay is fairly good

Cons

Awful PTO Not many holidays off Blackout for months (meaning no taking off those months every year) Upper management is a bit of a mess… no clear direction in where they are trying to take the company, no clear goals, no clear values, etc. There’s clear favoritism throughout the company- favorites receive different treatment and much more flexibility
