Business Outlook
Pros
The company is ethical and cares about the customers. They want to provide the best services to their customers. The pay is decent and they hire recent grads. It's a good first start but if you stay there to long you will become stagnant.
Cons
Vacation is not so good. No vacation the first year. Only some holidays and sick days. The company is old school and they are not open to a lot of changes and improvements. They don't seem to challenge the employees that much the job became repetitive and there was nothing new to learn. I did not feel engaged.
