I had previously worked in the NHS and academia. Now that I've made the switch to Covance I don't ever plan on going back to the public sector! I had forgotten what it was like to have a personal life, but Covance ensures that you only work the number of hours stated in your contract. I have a lovely team and a wonderful manager who all go above and beyond to ensure I'm fully supported in my role.
