      Experience gained is valuable, but management struggles

      Pros

      Gained lots of experience, and had decent benefits with lots of PTO. Quit growing and received Pay raises decently fast.

      Cons

      Very understaffed, and training was disorganized and unregulated. Mistakes are fireable offenses without any repercussions for those who trained the people who made the mistakes. Management seems very overwhelmed.

      Pros

      The pay is good, but yearly raises were a big yikes compared to previous employment. Lots of PTO and management was usually good at letting you take off time. Training is amazing! But be prepared to take tests? Like a lot of them. It’s a good place to get lab experience if you can handle the varying timed events and the coworkers were nice for the most part.

      Cons

      Poor management in stressful events such as preparations going wrong or longer than expected, horrible turn over rate, no progression within department, no work-home life balance, weekends are more frequent compared to what they state in interview, also the job feels like on call due to schedule changes happening daily the night before and morning of your shift.

      Paid well, good management, not many weekends

      Cons

      Some people seem to get picked to do all the crappier preps, can be lots of overtime if it's busy, LabCorp as a whole company doesn't care as much as local management
