Pros
The only pro is that I still have a job during the pandemic, and will for as long as I want it.
Cons
The cons about working at LabCorp are as follows: low/non competitive wages; terrible hours and shifts available; awful micromanagement from people who consider themselves “leaders”; new employees take priority due to such a high rate of turnover, leaving those who have been around a while stuck at the bottom of the totem pole; and lastly, just an overarching feeling of no appreciation, no respect, and no value in their employees.
