Pros

Work life balance is OK, it seems to be on the high end for hours worked. Management is pretty good, along with senior management. The company does have a lot of opportunities for growth. Also very good benefits!

Cons

You will be asked to work additional hours, so be ready to work long hours. The company is very diverse and thus can act like multiple companies in one at times

Pros

Good benefits - health insurance is very good as is PTO policy

Cons

Too many changes - company is constantly changing senior management. Lots of outsourcing going on. Many lay offs and site closures. Also, a very stressful environment. Lots of closed doors, yelling, etc. Seems like company is focused mostly on bottom line and will cut employees at any time.
