      The pay was pretty good for the amount of work

      Cons

      So many things. I was there for over 5 months and asked to be trained on more things, supervisor kept telling me I would 'soon' when I asked for updates. Never ended up being trained for the entirety of my job. Felt more like an assembly line than a science-based position. Lots of drama and poor communication throughout my time there. Also did not appreciate being lied to by management. Would not recommend.

      Pros

      Getting your lab done for free, however they manage to not send them to your doctors office.

      Cons

      Management has serious problems. They harass employees and you have nowhere to turn to report problems. High turn over of employees and they don't pay that well. They will over load you with work and will not hire enough staff. There are better labs to work for out there don't work here.
